CARAMEL SUNDAE ICE CREAM PIE | |
2 c. flour 1/2 c. oatmeal 2 jars caramel topping 1 c. chopped pecans 2 sticks butter, melted 1/2 gallon ice milk or nonfat yogurt (any flavor) Mix flour, oatmeal, pecans and melted butter and press on cookie sheet 1/4" thick. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees or until golden brown. Cool and divide in half. Crumble half in bottom of 9"x13" dish. Drizzle jar of caramel topping over crumbs. Spoon in softened ice milk/yogurt. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Drizzle another jar of caramel topping over crumbs. Freeze. Serves at least 12. |
