PER SERVING:

2 cups finely shaved ice
1/2 cup strong coffee (cold)
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. caramel syrup (your favorite)
whipped cream (I use Reddi-Wip)

Shave 2 cups of ice with a blender or a ice shaver (I prefer the ice shaver. You can purchase one at Walmart).

In a blender add sugar, coffee, milk and caramel. Blend well. Pour into a tall 24 ounce glass and top with whipped cream and more caramel (as much as you prefer).
