APPLE CUSTARD COFFEE CAKE | |
2 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix 3 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. butter, melted 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. sliced, pared apple (1 lg. apple) 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 2/3 c. dairy sour cream 1 egg Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease square 9x9x2 inch pan. Mix baking mix, 3 tablespoons sugar, the butter and milk. Spread in pan. Arrange apples on mixture in pan. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon; sprinkle over apples. Mix sour cream and egg; drizzle over top. Bake until edges are light brown, 25-30 minutes. Makes 9 servings. Refrigerate any remaining coffee cake. |
