EASY APPLE COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
2 apples, peeled & sliced

Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, sour cream and oil. Beat for 5 minutes. Pour 1/2 of batter into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Arrange half of apples on batter. Mix sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle half of cinnamon mixture on apples. Pour remaining batter on apples. Top with remaining apples, then cinnamon mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
