SAUSAGE CRISP 
1 lb. hot or milk sausage
5 oz. jar Old English cheese
6 English muffins, split

Cook sausage; drain well on paper towels. In a bowl, combine sausage with cheese and mix well. Spread mixture evenly on 12 muffin halves. Arrange on baking sheet. Freeze and then transfer to a plastic bag and use as desired. When ready to use, heat in oven at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until piping hot. Serve with eggs.
