WHOLE WHEAT POPOVERS | |
2 eggs 3/4 c. Pillsbury's Best All Purpose or Unbleached Flour 1/4 c. whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. milk Heat oven to 450 degrees. Generously grease popover pan or deep custard cups. In medium bowl, beat eggs slightly. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Add flour and remaining ingredients and beat with rotary beater just until blended. DO NOT OVERBEAT. Fill greased cups about 1/2 full. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake an additional 25-30 minutes or until deep golden brown. Serve immediately. |
