1 c. milk 2 eggs 3/4 c. flour Salt Butter 6 custard cups Put milk in blender; add eggs and salt. Add flour slowly while blending at slow speed. Place 1 pat of butter in each custard cup. Place in oven at 425 degrees until butter is melted. Remove form oven. Divide the contents of the blender into custard cups. Place in oven at 425 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup. For serving with butter and jam, bake slower and longer to allow insides to bake dry. Flavor can be enhanced by adding 1-2 tablespoons heavy cream while blending. |
