QUICK CHICKEN SALAD 
1 barbecued chicken (already cooked at the grocery store)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Remove skin and bones from chicken while still warm. Cube chicken. Toss lightly all ingredients. Chill quickly. One chicken serves 4. When you select the chickens, be sure they are well cooked and nicely browned.
