SWEET POTATO PUDDING 
2 1/2 lbs. sweet potatoes, cooked peeled & mashed
2 eggs
1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
Sm. can evaporated milk
Cinnamon & vanilla to taste

Mix all together and put in Pyrex dish.

TOPPING MIX:

2 c. cereal (Corn Flakes, crushed or whatever you have)
1 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans, cut up

Mix, put on top of potato mixture. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown.
