TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. taco sauce
1 sm. head lettuce, chopped
1 med. tomato, cut in wedges
1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. taco chips
1/2 c. bottled Thousand Island salad dressing
1/4 tsp. chili pepper

Cook ground beef, drain off fat. Stir in sauce and chili pepper. Mix lettuce with olives, tomatoes, cheese and chips. Spoon hot beef mixture and salad dressing over lettuce mixture. Toss. Serve immediately.
