WILD RICE AND TURKEY OR CHICKEN
SALAD
 
2/3 c. uncooked wild rice
2-3 c. water
Chicken bouillon or broth
2 1/2 c. chicken or turkey, cubed
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. chopped celery

Cook wild rice in water and chicken bouillon or broth. Mix chicken with cooked rice, water chestnuts, and celery; let stand.

DRESSING:

2/3 c. milk
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 1/2 c. grapes
1 c. cashew nuts

Combine first 3 ingredients. Add grapes and cashews last.
