TURKEY (OR CHICKEN) AND RICE
SALAD
 
2 c. instant rice, cooked in 2 c. water
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 oz. sliced radishes
2 tbsp. sliced stuffed green olives
1 c. Miracle French salad dressing
2 tsp. onion powder
1 3/4 c. cubed cooked turkey breast or chicken
1/4-1/2 tsp. red hot Tabasco sauce
1 c. frozen peas
1/4 c. sliced green onions, including tops

Mix well. Stir in rice. Refrigerate overnight. Makes about 7 1/2 cups salad.
