CHEESE - PARSLIED RICE 
3 c. cooked long grain rice
2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. finely chopped fresh parsley
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. softened butter

Combine all ingredients. Spoon into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
