NEVER-FAIL FUDGE 
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. diced marshmallows or 1 c. marshmallow creme
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first four ingredients on low heat. Bring to boil. Boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Add rest of ingredients and stir until completely melted. Place in greased 2 quart casserole dish. Makes 2 1/2 pounds.
