JODY'S NEVER FAIL FUDGE 
1/2 c. butter
4 c. sugar
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (18 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 1/2 pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts

Melt the butter in a heavy saucepan. Add sugar and evaporated milk. Boil to between soft ball and hard ball stage. Remove from heat and add marshmallow cream and chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan and let cool. Always stays soft.
