NO FAIL FUDGE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 (5 oz. to 10 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine sugars, milk, and butter in saucepan and bring to a full boil over moderate heat. Stir frequently. Boil for 15 minutes while stirring. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows and morsels. Stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth. Blend in walnuts and vanilla. Pour into buttered 9 x 9 inch pan. Chill until firm. Makes 2 1/2 pounds.
