PIMENTO RELISH 
20 ground pimentos, soak 3 hours in salt water
2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 c. vinegar
2 c. water
1/2 c. prepared mustard

Cook flour, water, sugar, and vinegar to a paste; add mustard and pimento and boil 3 minutes. Can when cold. (Good in potato salad, ham salad, or sandwiches.)
