DEVILED CHICKEN LIVERS 
1 tbsp. & 1 tsp. flour
2 tsp. paprika
1 1/4 lb. chicken livers
2 tbsp. & 2 tsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash white pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. A-1 sauce or Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. chili sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water

Combine dry ingredients and put in a shallow bowl or plate. Coat chicken livers with dry ingredients. Melt butter in skillet and brown onions until golden. Add chicken livers and cook until done and golden brown (10-12 minutes). Add remaining ingredients and heat until hot. Makes 4 servings (276 calories per serving).
