MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 box zito macaroni (16 oz.)
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. American cheese
1 c. milk
1 block butter
Salt & pepper
1 box croutons

Boil macaroni until tender and drain water. Cook ground meat until done; drain. Grease. Put milk and cheese into pot over medium heat. Stir until cheese is melted. Mix all ingredients into large bowl and mix well. Serves approximately 20 people.
