SHELLEY'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 1/2 oz. can sliced olives
1 onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
9 oz. shredded Jack cheese
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
3 chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
3 oz. green chiles

Mix all together. Bake in greased casserole dish 350 degrees 45 minutes.
