GIL'S BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
4 tbsp. vinegar
2 eggs
3 c. Raisin Bran, any type
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Beat milk, oil, vinegar, and eggs well. Add rest of ingredients; stir until moist. May add more raisins or nuts if desired. Bake 20-25 minutes in preheated 400 degree oven. The mix can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
