CRANBERRY-MANDARIN SAUCE | |
1 c. honey 3 c. brown sugar 4 c. water 8 c. fresh cranberries 4 tangerines Boil honey, brown sugar and water together for 5 minutes. Add cranberries and boil, without stirring, until all the skins pop and open, about 5 minutes. Turn off heat. Peel, section and seed tangerines. Add to sauce. Allow sauce to cool in pan. Add a few slivers of tangerine rind to sauce. Makes 10 cups. |
