FRENCH COCONUT PIE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. coconut
1 tbsp. vanilla

Combine eggs, sugar, butter and vinegar; mix well. Add coconut and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
