TOBAN YAKI 
1 1/2 lbs. round steak, cut in bite-size pieces

Combine to make marinate sauce: 4 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. saki or dry cooking sherry 1/4 c. onion, diced

Marinate meat in sauce for 20 to 30 minutes. Heat small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Remove meat from sauce and quick fry a couple minutes on each side. Serve on rice.

SAUCE TO DIP MEAT IN: Combine 3 parts ketchup to 1 part A-1 Steak Sauce. Serve along side of meat on rice.
