SAVORY BAKED FISH FILLETS 
3/4 lb. fish fillet
Salt to taste
1/2 sm. onion, minced
1/4 tsp. marjoram leaves
Pinch pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Garnish with paprika

Arrange fish in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Combine all remaining ingredients except paprika and spread over fillets. Bake at 500 degrees 17 to 20 minutes or until browned. Garnish with paprika.
