8 qt. tomatoes, chopped fine (drain with cold water)
4 lb. sugar
2 lb. raisins
3 tbsp. salt, even
2 tbsp. cloves
2 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. allspice
2 c. chopped suet
1 c. vinegar, mild
2 oranges

Cook above ingredients together until the color of raisins. Takes about 1 1/2 hours. ENJOY!
