SOUTHERN SCALLOPED CORN | |
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 (17 oz.) whole kernel corn, do not drain 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1/2 c. melted butter 2 eggs, well beaten 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients in bowl. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 45-55 minutes until top is lightly brown and crack appears! |
