SOUTHERN STYLE SCALLOPED CORN 
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1 c. crushed cracker crumb
2/3 c. shredded American cheese
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine ingredients and pour into greased 1 1/2 quart round casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
