SOUTHERN STYLE CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream style corn
1 c. (sm. can) undiluted evaporated milk
1/2 c. fine salted cracker crumbs
3 eggs, well beaten
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese (reserve)

Combine all ingredients except cheese in a bowl. Mix well.

Place 1/2 mixture in a well greased square baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cheese over this. Put remaining 1/2 mixture on top and finish off with balance of grated cheese. Bake 35 minute sin 350 degree oven.
