CRUSTLESS CRANBERRY PIE 
This is always a big hit and folks ask me for the recipe!

2 large eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups cranberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix eggs, almond and butter until well blended in a small bowl. Combine flour, sugar and salt and mix well.

Mix cranberries and nuts and stir into the flour/sugar mixture until well coated. Add egg mixture and mix all together. Batter will be very thick.

Spread into prepared 9-inch pie pan and bake at 350°F for 40 to 42 minutes.
