1/2 stick butter
3 or 4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Beat eggs, sugar and flour. Add milk and melted butter. Add flavoring. Grease pie plate with butter. Cook pie in 350 degree oven until firm. Start in a cold oven. It makes its own crust.
