CRUSTLESS CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg

Beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in flour, milk, and vanilla. Pour into lightly buttered 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle nutmeg. Cook on low or defrost for 21 minutes or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
