CRUSTLESS FRUIT PIE 
2 1/2 c. cranberries
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. Crisco, melted

Wash berries. Grease a 10 inch pie plate; sprinkle on berries, 1/2 cup sugar, and nuts. Beat eggs well, then add 1 cup sugar, flour, and melted shortening. Beat to combine. Pour over berries. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Also good with fresh apples or plums, canned or fresh peaches, or any combination of these fruits.
