PASTA AND VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 lb. rotelle or rotini
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
1 pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets
1 c. shredded carrots
1 1/2 c. sliced zucchini
1/4 c. chopped scallions
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In cruet with lid, combine oil, lemon juice, water, and salad dressing mix; shake well. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss with dressing. Cover and chill several hours, stirring occasionally.
