PASTA VEGETABLE SALAD 
6 oz. pkg. vegetable macaroni
1/2 c. chopped broccoli
1 cucumber, chopped
1 sm. zucchini, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 apple, chopped
1 c. lowfat part skim Mozzarella cheese
3/4 (16 oz.) bottle Newman's own dressing olive oil and vinegar

Cook macaroni until done, drain and cool. Add all remaining ingredients. Cover and chill for 2 hours or can be made the day before. May add additional vegetables, but must increase dressing.
