WALNUT TAFFY 
2 lb. sugar
1 c. water
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1 c. chopped walnuts
A few drops vanilla

Mix sugar, water and corn syrup in large saucepan. Cook to 252 degrees. Add walnuts and vanilla. Pour on to cold oiled platters and cool quickly. When cold enough to handle pull until light and fluffy. Cut and wrap each piece in waxed paper.
