KATHY'S PEANUT BUTTER FLUFF | |
This is a great ice cream topping! 1 (14 oz.) jar marshmallow creme (Kraft) 1 (18 oz.) jar peanut butter (your favorite) SIMPLE SYRUP: 1 1/2 cups water 1/2 cup sugar To make simple syrup bring water to a boil in a sauce pan. Add sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool. In a mixing bowl add marshmallow creme and peanut butter. Add a little simple syrup and beat. Keep adding syrup until it gets to the consistency you like. It can be thick and fluffy or thinner if you like. I make mine thinner as it thickens when refrigerated. Fluff can be stored in the refrigerator in a tight fitting container. Makes 1 quart. Submitted by: Kathy Damicantonio |
