HOT SEAFOOD SALAD 
2 c. celery, sliced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, finely chopped
8 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
6 oz. pkg. Wakefield frozen snowcrab meat
4 1/2 oz. can baby shrimp
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 1/2 oz. jar or can mushrooms, sliced
4 eggs, hard cooked, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 quart casserole. Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs. Mix lightly. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake 30 minutes. Serves 6.
