3 c. carrots
1 tbsp. minced onion
4 strips cooked bacon
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook and drain carrots. Put carrots, onion, salt, pepper and bacon in greased casserole. Sprinkle on sugar and butter. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
