TURKEY DRESSING BALLS 
4 loaves bread (4-5 days old)
1 lg. can turkey broth
Sage, salt and pepper to taste
1 c. diced onions
1 c. diced celery
1 stick butter

Crumble bread in large bowl. Cook onions and celery with butter in skillet. Add onions and celery along with sage, salt and pepper to bread, mix well together (taste). Add turkey broth, mix, if needed, and hot water (taste). Mix until the bread is on the stiff side, make into golf ball size balls. Bake at 400 degrees on greased cookie sheet, turning until they are brown and crispy on all sides.
