2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter (softened)
1 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Mix until well blended. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. These may be rolled in sugar. These can also be rolled out and cut with cookie cutters. These make great cut out cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
