OVEN CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. water
2 cans mushroom soup
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
2 c. raw rice, not cooked
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chop suey sauce (or more to taste)

Brown beef, pork, and salt; add water, soup, and mushrooms. Mix well. Add rest of ingredients. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
