CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. diced celery
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (40 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 (16 oz.) can chop suey vegetables, do not drain
1 tbsp. soy sauce (optional)
4 oz. thin spaghetti, partially cook and drain
3/4 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Brown hamburger with celery, onion, and pepper; drain. Add remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese. Cook 10 minutes. Combine meat mixture and spaghetti. Pour into 12 x 8 inch baking dish; top with cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. This can be frozen unbaked.
