PORK CHOPS WITH HOT PEPPERS
1/4 c. olive oil
6 semi-boneless pork chops (about 1" thick)
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 (8 oz.) jar of hot peppers, drained
Water or white wine

Heat olive oil in frying pan large enough to hold all the pork chops. Brown pork chops on both sides. Add garlic, sliced onion, peppers and enough water or wine to keep from drying. Cover and simmer for 2 to 3 hours - until the meat separates from the bone. Serves 3-4.
