HOT PEPPER RELISH 
1/2 bushel hot peppers, grind all but stems
8 lg. onions, grind
1/2 c. salt
8 tsp. celery seed
8 tsp. mustard seed
5 c. sugar
3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. turmeric for color, optional

Bring to boil and boil 30 minutes. Fill sterilized jars and seal.
