1 c. oil
1 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 egg
3 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavor
5 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Cream oil, butter, sugars, egg and flavoring. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Roll into small balls. Flatten on cookie sheet with glass dipped in sugar. Bake 350 degrees about 12 minutes. Do not overbake.
