SAUSAGE CORN BREAD 
2 c. self-rising cornmeal
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream style corn
3/4 c. oil
3 sm. onions, chopped
1 lb. hot or mild sausage

Cook sausage in crumbles and DRAIN (on paper towel). Mix all other ingredients and put layer of cornmeal and then a layer of sausage, then rest of the cornmeal. Cook at 450 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
