HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN 
2 lbs. of chicken pieces
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Oil
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. prepared mustard
Peach slices, optional

Wash and dry chicken pieces. Mix flour, salt and pepper together. Dip chicken pieces into mixture and fry in hot oil until browned. Drain. In a casserole dish, melt butter and combine with honey and mustard. Add chicken and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour, basting with sauce occasionally. Add optional peach slices during last 15 minutes of baking. Serves 4 to 6.
