HONEY-MUSTARD CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. poppy seed
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 whole med. chicken breasts, skinned and halved lengthwise

In a small bowl combine honey, mustard, lemon juice, poppy seed, pepper.

Rinse chicken pat dry. Place chicken, bone side up, on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4-5 inches from heat for 15 minutes. Turn, continue to broil for 10 minutes.

Brush with honey-mustard mixture. Broil about 5 minutes more or until tender and no longer pink.

Makes 4 servings.
