GRANDMA'S SWEDISH HOTCAKES | |
2 c. flour 2 eggs 2 c. milk 1 or 1 1/2 c. sugar Mix ingredients. Melt about 1/4 teaspoon butter in bottom of a non-stick skillet. Pour in batter and holding skillet, spread batter as thin as possible. Let cook on one side and flip carefully. Turn out on plate and put pats of butter in middle. Put jelly or syrup on inside. Roll up like crepes. Great with strawberries and whipped cream. |
